This subscription will allow the agencies an unlimited amount of properties. This service will be free of charge until the 31 st of December 2006. We are expecting this free offering to increase our amount of listed properties to an acceptable level of critical mass.

Once we have achieved our objectives in terms of number of website hits, search engine positioning and various other factors, the subscription will be significantly less than the fees charged by our competitors.

The relationship between Properties in South Africa and all participating estate agencies in South Africa will be based upon the following criteria:

• There is NO contract to bind the estate agencies.
• There is NO software loaded onto your pc's. The whole system is completely Internet based.
• There is NO limit to the number of listings.
• There is NO training necessary. The system is very user friendly.
• All we ask is the listings are deleted as soon as a property has been sold/let and that only properties for which you have a mandate for are loaded onto the system.

As you can see, the benefits are numerous and you have absolutely nothing to loose (apart from the time capturing the properties).
